  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging and tags.
  • All returns require a return form.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund.

How to Return an Item

  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the required information to generate your return form.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack your items, including the completed return form, inside the shipping box.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. Remember to keep your tracking number.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you secure the desired item quickly.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items purchased from a third-party retailer
  • Worn, damaged, or soiled footwear
  • Items without the original packaging and tags

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can make it right.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, which may cause a slight variance in the amount refunded to your account based on the exchange rate at the time of processing.
