Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected service and your delivery address. You can view the available options and their associated costs during the checkout process.
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited options are available at checkout. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the service selected.
- International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Orders shipped outside may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- We cannot modify a shipping address after an order has been placed. For security reasons, we are unable to redirect a package once it has been shipped.
- We ship only to the 50 United States and select international destinations.
Delivery
Delivery is completed by our carrier partners. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered. If you have specific delivery instructions, please note them during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee carrier compliance.
Returns
